As Global Design Director, I led the comprehensive redesign of Sprinklr’s 2,000-page website, collaborating closely with the development team throughout the process. My approach included:

  • Design Ownership: Directed the design of the entire website, creating new page templates and components to ensure a cohesive, modern look across product, feature, blog, resource, and corporate pages.
  • Navigation Redesign: Overhauled the navigation system to include a streamlined menu, clear categories, and an improved search function, enhancing user access and overall site usability.
  • Interactive Features: Introduced dynamic, interactive elements that engaged users and effectively highlighted Sprinklr’s solutions.
  • Content Optimization: Restructured and optimized content to clearly communicate Sprinklr’s value proposition, using engaging visuals and interactive components.
  • Enhanced User Experience: Improved the user journey with intuitive navigation, responsive design, sticky headers, breadcrumb trails, and dynamic filtering to facilitate easy site exploration.
  • Collaborative Development: Worked closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements, establish a thorough quality assurance process, and maintain high standards of performance and reliability.
