Scalable creative system for global demand generation at a customer experience category leader.
Challenge
Following Sprinklr’s IPO, the company was focused on scaling its demand generation efforts to support continued growth. However, the design process was hampered by content debt—disorganized, outdated, and redundant assets that slowed down production and reduced efficiency. Additionally, there was a lack of centralized standards and cross-functional alignment, leading to inconsistent branding and slower speed to market. The high volume of assets required for global product launches, nurture campaigns, partner marketing, and field events needed a more cohesive, efficient system to meet the demands of an expanding business.
Solution

As Global Design Director, I built and led a distributed team of eight multidisciplinary designers to create a scalable, efficient content engine powering Sprinklr’s global demand generation programs. I partnered closely with product marketing, performance teams, and stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-impact assets at speed and scale. Key initiatives included:

  • Operational Foundation: Established scalable processes, visual standards, and reusable templates to eliminate content debt and ensure consistent, on-brand assets. We streamlined content management by organizing and updating outdated materials and removing redundancies across all demand gen assets—including eBooks, landing pages, emails, paid and organic social, sales materials, and field activations.
  • Creative Leadership: Unified and mentored the design team to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across every asset, from gated content to large-scale integrated campaigns.
  • Asset Velocity & Scale: Delivered a high volume of assets annually, supporting numerous global campaigns with rapid turnaround and consistent quality.
  • Performance Impact: Contributed to a 164% YoY increase in inbound pipeline, 30% overall company growth, and significant social media traction (+146% engagements, +38% followers in 2021).

Through these efforts, I helped transform Sprinklr’s demand gen operations into a cohesive, brand-forward engine—driving measurable results across digital, social, and email channels.
